15+ Yrs of Experience The CNS CN Global Services Platforms (Cloud and Network Services) organization has an opportunity for an experienced Domain Project and Program management. As Cloud Domain program manager, you shall be engaged in CloudBand, Cloud NFV Platforms and vNF (vIMS, vPPC, vEPC, ) delivery projects for global market, spanning the NOKIA Cloud portfolio as well 3th party Cloud infrastructures and vNFs.You will manage the project deliveries with inception, execution, and management till its closure while tracking all KPIs, managing the escalation from the Market Senior Leaders, engage different teams from Global Delivery / PU to support and solve the cause of escalations.You will handle day to day relationships with BGDMs and Customer Delivery Managers from Market, anticipate it problems and possible escalations and got the support from Market Senior Leaders for the implementation of ACE (Automated Customer Engineering) methodology and Automation Process.You will coordinate teams with different levels of expertise, from senior DTM Leaders to new Solution Engineers and based in different locations and different time zones to execute with quality SoW for different projects in the region.As a domain level project/program manager, you support the projects as Technical Managers for the implementation of all the technical aspects of our Cloud/NFV/SDN customer delivery projects, globally, in terms of feature content, delivery date and quality of the technical solution, from offer preparation through project realization activities and customer acceptance. In this context, you plan, organize and steer the customer delivery project activities within the scope of NFV/SDN Infrastructure and MANO components, and potentially vNFs and other vApps. These activities cover project scope and requirements definition, elaboration and execution of the solution validation strategy (both NOKIA and customer lab environments), solution integration, installation and commissioning in customer environments, customer acceptance.You identify and monitor technical risks of strategic projects, globally, while providing alternate solutions to mitigate the risks. You monitor solution Quality of Service and stability, ensuring that all Key Performance Indicators are within contract definition. You coordinate answers to unresolved technical issues and sets up technical support processes between the CloudBand R&D and the CNS organization.You operate within the framework of the Nokia Sell/Execute Process/ACE (Automated Customer Engineering) methodology.You will closely collaborate with customer delivery project stakeholders such as NOKIA product BU s, other CNS Domains and Delivery Units, 3 rd party suppliers, local delivery teams and customer technical interfaces.Key responsibilities:

• You are the key Focal point for the CloudBand Delivery and integration activities, bridging the CNS CN GS Delivery organization and the customer team (including Nokia market and end customers)
• Within the Cloud/NFV/SDN strategic project related activities:
• You define an end-to-end integration strategy & coordinates involvement of integration teams.
• You support the projects technically and from project management perspective.
• Support Domain Technical Managers for complex projects.
• You serve as a Senior DTM for Programs within the region.
• You validate and approve the global technical part of Project Management Plans.
• You are supporting NSW/GSC organization in making sure that project are delivered, in terms of quality, schedule and content in line with the Project Management Plan.
• You identify deliverables under your responsibility. You plan & execute these deliverables taking care of cost & milestones
• You are the prime interface for Market BGDMs to day to day activities and possible escalations from customer and market.
• You understand the customers strategy and manage his technical expectations.
• You are in charge of identifying risks for both customer and Nokia. You propose & implement risk mitigation.
• Creates and manages resource selection and development plans across all required resources, ensuring that each resource owner stakeholder receives the right information at the right time.
• You manage allocation of resources to ensure project deliverables.
• You define the general plan with Delivery Project Managers, taking care of First Off applications and Product Roadmap
• You define the KPIs with the Market Leaders. You define the strategy of follow up with the Project team.
• You identify cost improvements throughout collaboration with R&D to further automate delivery and integration tasks

Key qualifications for the role:

• Vast experience in (senior) project, cost & risk management, based on PMBOK
• Additional certifications, such as PMP certification, are a plus
• At least 5 years of experience as Project Manager in Nokia or outside for Multidomain, multi-national teams.
• Vast experience leading teams of different level of expertise and maturity. Second Level Line Management experience is a plus.
• You have a Telecommunications/Electronics/SW/Computer master s degree or equivalent through experience
• Experience and background in infrastructure, system and IT (Linux servers, Virtualization,
• Expertise in NFV, SDN and Cloud concepts.
• Expertise in Cloud Management Systems, Virtual Infrastructure Management systems and Cloud Infrastructure Management Systems is required
• Knowledge on NOKIA s CBIS, CBAM, CBND products is a plus
• Nokia Cloud Foundation (NCF) Certification is a plus
• Working experience with Key Stakeholders in CNS CN Apps, GBC, PU and Market CNS Core is a plus.
