Work with Oracles world class technology to develop, implement, and support Oracles global infrastructure.As a member of the IT organization, assist with the analyze of existing complex programs and formulate logic for new complex internal systems. Prepare flowcharting, perform coding, and test/debug programs. Develop conversion and system implementation plans. Recommend changes to development, maintenance, and system standards.Job duties are varied and complex utilizing independent judgment. May have project lead role. BS or equivalent experience in programming on enterprise or department servers or systems., We are looking for a person who can work on software development and can also be part of development/support of custom applications.He/She should have minimum experience of 3+ years on followings:- Strong working knowledge with Java/J2EE/Oracle/Unix- Knowledge of algorithms, best practices, design patterns- Experience with the Unix/Linux and Windows operating systems.- Strong knowledge of Sql/Pl-Sql (experience with at least one RDBMS is required)- Strong knowledge and experience with Java SE (knowledge of Java EE - Servlet, Web Services, Spring, Hibernate- will be a plus)- A working knowledge of Oracle Application Express is a plus- A good understanding of code-editors, debuggers and code-versioning tools- A strong understanding of computer networks and multi-tier architectures- Familiarity with Oracle Database technologyPersonal skills:-He/She should have good attitude for learning, good communication skills and flexible to work on different technologies.-Self-starters that like to operate in a flat team structure where people organize themselves to get the job done, rather than waiting to be told what to do.-Ability to work independently with minimum guidanceScope:Member of Oracle Applications LabsReports directly to the Development LeadIndividual contributor positionResponsibilities:Responsible for developing tools for Business groupsResponsible for maintenance and enhancements of the existing developed applicationsInstall and maintain software installations, including Oracle products, for test purposesMaintain documentation for the developed applicationWork with development manager for delivery of applicationsQualifications:- Education in Computer Science or related field (B.S. or M.S. degree is encouraged)
