Scope of Work Project Manager Robotics Application Integration Management, Handover to Support, Vendor Management Responsible for coordination and support of activities related to business, IT and customer applications e.g. access management, environment planning, change control. Deliverables: - Project Planning and coordination o Work closely with RPA Development team to create and update Application Integration management stream project plan covering the following high-level deliverables Application / Robo Id lifecycle management Application Roadmap management License management and ordering/renewals o Plan, track and manage RPA sprints Handover to Support from Development team to Run Support team to ensure a seamless transition o Coordination of activities with business application stakeholders and owners (e.g. Nokia Business lines, Nokia 3rd parties, Nokia IT, Nokia clients) o Ensure appropriate and updated process documentation is created / available to all stakeholders for all processes - Application / Robot user access and lifecycle management o Plan, coordinate, track, validate and raise user ID creation requests for RPA Developers and Robots for application / HVD access o Work with application owners / support teams across the organization for creation, authorization of RPA user requests for developers, Robots and delivery to RPA team as per application integration management readiness plan per sprint o Lifecycle management for all RPA user IDs and application access request (creation, modification, deletion) o Quarterly audit for all Robo / Application users in all environments as per process - Application Roadmap Management o Maintain application master list (Applications impacted by RPA program and related attribute) in collaboration with RPA Team, coordinate, support RPA program impact assessments and mitigation planning o Align with LoB application and support owners to align and share RPA integration plan and collect advance intimation about the roadmap & planned changes on regular basis o Ensure RPA teams are notified in a timely manner, and avoid and impact on RPA delivery (in production and in development/test phase) o Communicating patch (MS office, Adobe etc) update schedule and setting up placeholder in stakeholder calendars for the same - E2E Management of RPA Sprint Handover to Support o Ensuring smooth transition of developed automation solution from Development team to Run support o Setting up alignment call with development and Run team and prepare KT plan in agreement with them Oct 9, 2019 Nokia internal use o Scheduling KT sessions as per agreed KT plan, recording sessions and saving them to SharePoint o Ensuring that feedback is shared by Run team and once all the points are closed, H2S sign-off is provided by Run team within the defined timelines as per defined process - Vendor Management, Escalation Management, Governance o RPA platform License Management o Ensuring that just enough licenses are available in production to handle the existing and upcoming sprints o E2E lifecycle management of licenses purchase requests, ensuring that all approvals are granted and PO is release to vendor in a timely manner o Verifying the received licenses are having expected validity and goods receipt thereof in the ordering tool - Reporting o Management reporting at desired interval and formats,
