Roles & ResponsibilitiesResponsible for End to End Bid Management for Public Cloud & Hybrid deals (DC + PublicCloud),Responding to RFPs/RFIs/RFQs/Proactive Deals, Techno-Commercial ProposalPreparations, Interaction with multiple Technical Teams DC, Networks, Tools, CyberSecurity etc, drive the proposal discussions end to end, Effort Estimations, product andsolution briefings and Bid defence presentations.Work closely with Solution Architects for explaining the SOW requirements and involvingdifferent stakeholder teamsWork closely with Business Finance and Delivery TeamsWork with the Business Development/Sales team to identify and qualify businessopportunities, to identify key customer technical objections and to develop the strategy toresolve technical impediments to business transactions.Responsible to establish and grow business and technical relationships and managing theday-to-day interactions with partners and internal sales teams.Considerable knowledge in IaaS solution on Public cloud and Cloud Operations.Experience and knowledge of PaaS, SaaS, AI, Big Data technologies on public or hybrid cloudplatforms shall be a Big Plus.Develop and implement strategy and framework to support large transformational pursuits.The candidate should possess both a business/sales background that enables them toengage at the CXO level and field level, as well as strong technical competency focused onthe IT landscape and cloud computing.Take the product proposition to the assigned markets or verticals/sub-verticals.Demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges,with the ability to build strong industry relationships.Ability to understand and work with new emerging technologies, methodologies, and solutionsin the Cloud technology space.Basic Qualifications & Experience6 - 10 years of Overall work experience in IT domain in Presales and Bid ManagementRich Bid Management Experience in Public Cloud Bids (GCP/AWS/Azure) & Datacentre BidsBachelors degree is Must; MBA shall be a plus.A public cloud certification shall be a plusRich and diverse background and understanding of Global Business and Outsourcing marketsand partnership managementExcellent oral and written communication and presentation skills required.Hand-on Expert in MS Excel, PPT and WordAbility to quickly learn, multi-task and exhibit a high level of enthusiasm, commitment, initiative,collaboration, and creativity.Ability to perform under stringent timelines.Very high energy level with a positive disposition. A self-starter who is customer focused
