    Job DescriptionRoles and ResponsibilitiesREQUIRED SKILLS6 to 8 years of experience in software testing with 3+ years of experience in leading mobileplatform/app/ web testing, preferably in a product development organizationKnowledge and experience of working in Agile, ScrumAbility to structure test plans based on business requirements and its prioritiesExperience in Automation Testing tools like Selenium, Appium or similarHands-on experience in various testing tools for functional, performance, security,automation such as JMeter, BurpSuit etc.Proficiency or understanding in API testing, Database testing, Cross-browser testing, Multi-devicetesting would be a big plusExposure to various test mgmt. tools for test case management, defect tracking and reportingsuch as JIRAUnderstanding of Configuration and Release Management tools & processes e.g. Git, Jenkinsetc.Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with great communication ability (verbal andwritten)Have managed the time critical deadlines and changing priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong people management skills, who can direct, manage and motivate the teamProfessional commitment, detail oriented, high focus on quality, passion for learning new skills
