Job Description

Quality and Data Governance AnalystDepartment overviewIHS Markit has a highly customized Salesforce (SFDC) application, which covers all aspects of Sales, Service, and Marketing for all IHS Markit products and services. The team comprises of Architects, Developers, Admins, Quality Assurance, Business Analysts, Change Management, User Support, Data Quality, Analytics, and Program Management. The entire Salesforce system is built using Salesforce Lightning and currently serves around 4000 users. The platform is also tightly integrated with other IHS Markit products and services such as IHS Markit Single Sign-On service, Microsoft office, marketing cloud (Eloqua), document rendering (Drawloop), digital transaction management (DocuSign), business data services (Data.com), and accounting software (SAP).Position summaryIn this role, Quality and Data Governance Analyst serves as Data Operator of Customer Master Data in Salesforce and will be responsible for managing operational performance of assigned team(s). The Data Operator will be responsible for making sure that all ongoing work is delivered on-time and with quality. The successful candidate will be accountable for identifying process improvements, building efficiencies, effective project planning and resource management. The person will head projects and digitalization initiatives as expert for his respective domain. This is a highly responsible and visible role in an innovative, fast paced and service focused program. Dutied and Responsiblities

  • Handling new account creation requests
  • Account Maintenance and Cleanup
  • Merging duplicate accounts
  • Linking child accounts to ultimate parent account
  • Support data management best practices.
  • Must be flexible, able to work in weekends and holidays, if required.
Qualifications
  • Good knowledge of Salesforce CRM suite (Sales/Service/Einstein)
  • Substantial knowledge of end-to-end business workflows and processes
  • Strong communication skills at all levels, written and verbal
  • Ability to turn quality work around in quick timescales and can discern the
  • Salesforce Admin certification is a good to have.
