Job Description

Dear AllWe are looking for aLegal Assistant for the Real Estate Delhi location.Location: Pusa Road, New Delhi

  1. Drafting of petition/ Suits/ Replies/ legal Notice etc.
  2. Drafting and Vetting of commercial contracts/MOU/LOI/Term Sheets etc;
  3. Dealing with different authorities such as RERA etc.
  4. Timely reply for all the communication
  5. Coordination with external / Internal Lawyers.
  6. Proper communication verbally and in writing with different parties.
  7. Vetting of legal documents and assisting in the submission of case files.
  8. MIS of all litigation matters and regular updation in ongoing cases/matters. (Legal Report)
  9. Corporate documentation (Meeting, Minutes, Agenda, etc)
