    we have requirement for sales managerlocation noida 136experience 5 years to 7 yearsidustry real estateSales Manager Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Senior sales manager who has a great experience of real estate marketPrimary Function: Call up on new leads that will be provided by the company and build strong relationships with clients. Regularly following them up and driving sales on a monthly target basis.Key Responsibilities:
    • Providing best-in-class services to clients which includes providing relevant information to
    • Generating sales from leads provided by the organisation.
    • Maintaining strong relationships with clients.
    • Regularly following up on clients.
    • Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers.
    • Building a network with brokers to identify best practices
    Education: Bachelors DegreeQualifications:
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in the real estate market of the residential segment.
    • Should have a strong knowledge of the Noida Residential market which includes Plots, Built-up houses and developer flats.
    • Should have good communication skills, fluent English is a must.
    • Strong convincing and sales skills.
    Salary:
    • 35-45k + Incentive
    • The incentive is to be disclosed during a physical interview.
