Job Description

ORGANISATIONAL CONTEXT: This position will be involved in the delivery of end-to-end SAP CRM implementations as well as significant Enhancements. The consultant will be expected to work supporting our existing SAP landscape and will use his/her expertise and skills in SAP development, integration, testing, and deployment to help achieve the objective.As a key member of the CRM Team, the SAP CRM Consultant will ensure the design and realization of functional/technical solutions that are fit for purpose and delivered against stated business requirements.

  • Experience including systems/applications development and support, business systems analysis, systems project management, implementation and support of the SAP Enterprise systems, specifically the CRM module
  • Experience of GENIL and BOL Programming.
  • Experience of CRM Web UI Enhancements.
  • Advance Enhancement tool (AET)
  • Action profile
  • Experience in developing custom views and establishing navigation between different UI components.
  • Experience with SAP ABAP& ABAP OO programming including BADIs, Web services, BAPIS& IDOCs
  • Experience of LSMW
  • Experience of CRM Middleware (setup and troubleshooting)
  • Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose CRM Production Support issues including debugging skills
  • Prepare specifications, estimates and solution documentation to support work completed
  • Design and implement Best Practice SAP CRM solutions appropriate to Customer requirements and standards
Provide resolution to integration issues of CRM with 3rd party systems.
  • Provide technical solution for change in business processes.
  • Feasibility study of user requirements.
  • Provides SAP CRM functional and technical expertise to identify and resolve issues.
  • Collaborate with team to automate solutions that are cost effective and meet user requirements
  • Provides technical design and development guidance to technical team.
