Job Description

Senior Associate Salesforce/Veeva

  • In this role, candidate will be working as Technical expertise on salesforce.com and/or Veeva. You will have an opportunity to work with business people to have a real time understanding of business problem and, craft the solution which really fits into needs.
Responsibilities
  • Technical expertise on salesforce.com and/or Veeva, understanding of the real-world use of salesforce automation and business processes.
  • Configuration and implementation of Enterprise solution & Architecture of Veeva suite of products
  • Ability to develop solutions to complex problems that require a high degree of ingenuity, creativity and innovation within the boundaries of industry compliance regulation.
  • Expertise in building Visualforce Pages, Visualforce Custom Controllers, Components, Custom Objects, Reports, Dashboards, Tabs and client Portal
  • Experience in large data migrations using SF Data Loader and ExportImport salesforce utilities.
  • Hands-on configuration and admin experience with Veeva Commercial suite (CRM, Vault, Network) or Salesforce.com. Must also understand integration capabilities across the products in the suite and base salesforce.com functionality.
  • Enterprise integration experience, including Java or Informatica development
  • Ability to understand, Build CRM data model and articulate solutions that are scalable
  • Problem solving skills and Business analytical skills

  • BE/B Tech/M Tech/MCA/BCA
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred qualificationsexperience in Salesforce
  • Extensive experience with Configuring and Developing custom objects, layouts, reports.
  • Experienced in data analysis and migration of CRM data from legacy systems into Veeva
  • Experienced in Force.com Apex Classes, Apex Triggers, Visual force, Force.com API
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to articulate concepts and ideas related to assigned projects and client support
  • Good teamwork skills with the ability to work in multi-functional, global teams as well as independently
