The company is looking for Senior Avaya Telecommunications Engineer with extensive experience in both Avaya voice and data networking technologies. Our ideal candidate will have prior experience implementing, configuring and designing Avaya Enterprise solutions of high complexity in a consultative capacity working with large external clients. These positions are based in Noida /Pune /Hyderabad offices.Key Responsibilities:- Install and configuration of Avaya physical and VMware servers- Install and configuration of Avaya gateways - Programming related to the implementation of the Avaya Aura platform- Installation of Avaya Aura service packs as well as CM - Installation of IP and SIP devices- Position involves all phases of implementing telephony systems (including VOIP technology) with end user customers- Responsibilities may include designing, training and troubleshooting- The position interfaces with customers on a daily basis and requires a friendly, professional interpersonal approachRequirements:- 3 to 5 years experience deploying Avaya Enterprise solutions, preferably in an external client facing capacity- SIP experience preferred- Experience with LAN/WAN as related to VoIP infrastructure is required- Experience with any Avaya Adjuncts is a plus- Working knowledge of Avaya PLDS and GRT- Ability to work in a very high paced and dynamic environment.- Ability to quickly adapt to changing need, infrastructure, and evolving business processes.- Ability to work closely with the user community, interprets issues, understand requirements, and rapidly deploy solutions.- Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, including application development teams and functional leads.- ACIS - Avaya Aura Communication Manager and CM Messaging Embedded (R6.x), required- ACSS - Avaya Aura Communication Manager and CM Messaging Embedded, required- ACSS - Avaya Aura Session Manager and System Manager, is a plus- ACSS - Avaya Aura Messaging, is a plus,
