    Industry - BPO / ITESCategory - HRJob Type - Permanent - Exciting Opportunity to drive the HR function in a fast-paced environment- Work with the global and Indian stakeholders strongly to drive change managementClient Details :An American MNC, our client is a leading provider of technology-driven solutions in the healthcare space.Description :- Driving the entire gamut of HR, starting from recruitment to on-boarding and exit- Being an advisor while working very closely with the stakeholders to understand the requirements well along with sharing market insights to improve quality and TAT- Responsible for driving governance on critical business metrics such as Employee Engagement and Retention- Working very closely with the senior stakeholders and business heads to drive organization culture and foster growth- Lead the way in implementing change initiatives related to culture, performance, recognition, and policies- Advise managers on growth management capabilities- Streamlining internal processes and building strategies to ensure smooth implementation of plans.- Be innovative and experiment with ideas to overcome challenges of growth and the need to scale- Partnering with COEs to tackle business problems and to execute on organization wide talent initiatives- Deliver and solve short-term and long-term problems by addressing challenges- Analyze trends and develop proactive actions to further support business objectives- Formulate HR policies and ensure smooth implementation across the organizationProfile :- 7 -15 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, not a generalist- Strong understanding of excel is a must- Candidates with an experience of working in BPO/BPM organizations is a must.
