Globally, successful enterprises rely on our clients industry-recognized low code application platform to develop and deploy complex, content-driven, and customer-engaging business applications on the cloud.DescriptionReporting into the COO, the key responsibilities of the role include - Overseeing the delivery of all projects for horizontal products (BPM, ECM and CCM) as well as industry vertical products (across industries) to ensure deployment matches client executive and business sponsor expectations.- Ensuring that the Delivery Team Leaders collaborate with Product Management teams for all industry verticals to understand the requirements for a product upgrade or a new product development- Reviewing the development cycle to suggest opportunities for improvement in delivery processes, tools and frameworks in order to provide a seamless and delightful customer experience.- Ensuring collaboration between Delivery and Product teams to ensure client request is translated into a deliverable with agreed terms from both the teams and implementation is supported with highest team efficiency.- Ensuring seamless operations with respect to compliance and audit of delivery, process and tools maintenance, metrics review for Delivery teams across all geographies.- Mentoring the Delivery team and manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously, nurturing them from inception to launch while collaborating with stakeholders and establishing realistic delivery guidelinesProfile- Engineering Graduate, preferably in Computer Science from a premier engineering college (like IITs, NITs.)- 20-25 years experience in software deployment and leading global on-site and remote delivery projects.- Guiding the team to develop replicable application solutions / framework / accelerators.- An extraordinary team leader and astute business person with exceptional business insight andoutstanding judgement; executive presentation skills / boardroom presence.- Proven Leadership and project management skills in an IT Services/Consulting environment- Conversant in cloud technology and data center deployment- Experience with formal project management techniques (i.e. Formal status reporting and clientcommunication, budget/scope management and change controls, and project team direction and technical leadership)- Demonstrable experience in developing and rolling out customer satisfaction improvement programs.- Significant experience of leading and managing teams (including matrix management) within an offshore environment.Job Offer- Senior leadership role with high accountability and visibility- Opportunity to handle and influence a large geographically distributed team.- Market leading compensation,
