  • Participates as an expert knowledge in 2G/WCDMA/LTE/5G technology area in customer projects. Strong technical background for 3GPP.
  • Experienced professional to manage End to End Problem Management (i.e, identify root cause, recommend preventive actions etc.)
  • Ensure Service Incidents are analysed and co-related with performance degradation and repeat customer complaints.
  • Providing 8*5 + On-Call technical support to Service Management Engineers.
  • Escalation and Interaction with stakeholders for early resolution.
  • Ensures Environmental, Health and Safety guidelines and company policies are followed to ensure safety and well-being of self
Your skills and experienceYou have:
  • 7+ years of working experience & excellent competence on RAN Products (BTS/BSC/RNC).
  • Excellent understanding of BSS Parameters, RF KPIs and KQIs.
  • Ability to work independently.
It would be nice if you also had:
  • ITIL Certification
  • IP & Cloud Certification
  • VoLTE
