Main responsibility is case solving work and knowledge re-use management. Carries out remote support activities.Works closely with the developing team and the integration team to deliver the customized solutions.Acts as first point of contact for customer, supports the manager with case communication, receives and validates it, provides workaround or solves the case through own investigation and knowledge reuse.Supports implementation of preventive proposals.Work with 3rd parties in trouble resolution and ensuring compliance to requirements.Receives EME cases, assess severity, collects information and symptoms needed for technical analysis.Leads the e2e restoration activities, and provides them in time, ensures the EME case data and reporting quality.,
