Job Description

Responsibilities Reports to the Data Center Practice Delivery Leader. Prepares project plans in line with the scope. Validate drawings and specifications to ensure it reflects the desired requirement is in accordance with the design. Attends / Coordinates Factory Acceptance Tests and ensures all equipment performance is to specifications and approved drawings and submittals. Ensures all suppliers / vendors are following safety best practices. Manages / coordinates review of specifications, vendor POs, submittals, logistics, installation, and commissioning. Establishes a positive working relationship with the project design and construction teams, both internal and external. Establishes a clear line of communications between all stakeholders, for issue & risk identification and resolution to meet project objectives. Schedules / attends meetings to keep all stakeholders updated, participate in periodic reviews, internal and client, on the project developments, and to track changes and report on their potential impact. Provides regular reports on project progress, issues and risks, mitigation plans.
