Should be able to analyze requirements and design solutions.2. Should be able to read and understand entity relationship diagrams/object sequence diagrams etc.3. Requires extensive knowledge of multiple development technologies/ expert knowledge of one technology.11. Expected to continue to build upon domain knowledge and technical/ proprietary skills to reach levels of expertise, while adapting standard principles to new orchanged conditions in day to day work.12. Has the ability to respond to detailed queries.13. May be called upon to advise Sr. Management on specialized technical issues.14. Responsible for coaching, guiding and mentoring junior members in the team to help them scale up faster.15. Would be responsible for implementing organizational processes such as quality processes for the project/relationship.16. Assist in collecting project status and issues/risks17. May provide inputs on appraisals, feedback to employees and handling work allocations.,
