About Cloud & Network ServicesCloud and Network Services is a leading Nokia business group that offers Network solutions on Core, Business and Enterprise segments, as well as Cloud solutions and Cognitive Services. It is a newly formed business group, that includes most of the former Nokia Software business, Nokia s enterprise solutions, core network solutions including both voice and packet core, and managed and advanced services from its former Global Services unit. This unit will also act as a delivery channel of certain products from other business groups to enterprise customers. Cloud and Network Services (CNS) will target growth by leveraging the industry transition to cloud-based delivery, network-as-a-service business models, and software-led value creation.Job DescriptionWe re seeking highly motivated individuals to join us in supporting Nokia s cutting edge Policy and Charging Rules Function platform SPS-Policy. You will be responsible for System Integration activities including but not limited to site design, implementation, integration, testing and support. This will also involve travelling to customer sites as and when required. The team is responsible for deploying, testing and delivering complex solutions to customers worldwide. You will need to make full use of your analytical acumen to deliver complex projects.Job Responsibilities & Competencies

• Delivers product attached services with sound technical, business and professional standards while ensuring strong customer satisfaction and success in deployment of Nokia NPC (PCRF).
• Provides technical design, integration expertise and support to customer implementations and deployments.
• Helps ensure that Professional Services revenue is realized and that projects are completed on time and on budget.
• Protects and enhances Company s excellent service reputation.
• Helps scope projects and write statements of work, low level design, acceptance test and method of procedures.
• Schedules and delivers delivery on time with minimal defects.
• Researches and follows up on technical issues related to projects; informs, communicates and trains associates.
• Involvement in Nokia SPS-Policy Customer Projects, Field Trials, PoC and demos

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master degree in CSE/ECE/EEE/EI/IT/Science
• 3-9 year deployment & integration/Customer support/Validation experience including direct customer contact
• Knowledge and experience with the professional services, project lifecycle (scoping, requirements, QA/test)
• Experience in at least four of the following areas: PCRF, Diameter, VoLTE, Sigtran, TCP/IP, SOAP, XML, Linux, Oracle, times-ten, Aerospike, PSQL, Shell scripting, Seagull.
• Experience in 3GPP diameter interfaces like Gx, Gy, Sy, Rx, N7, N5, N28 etc
• Proficient with Solaris and/or Linux operating systems
• Strong hands-on experience in troubleshooting software or network problems
• Knowledge of database technologies and familiarity with TimesTen and Oracle
• Knowledge of wireless/wireline protocols (Diameter/RADIUS) and architecture (3G/4G/5G)
• Knowledge of IP networking and routing protocols
• Knowledge on Virtualization Techniques (VMWare, KVM, Openstack)
• Knowledge on HW architecture - RMS/Blades/ATCA
• Experience with scripting Unix/Linux/Perll/Python
• Experience with Dockers and Containers
• Experience using/developing an API (XML, HTTP/s, SOAP)
• IP certifications are considered an asset (CCNA etc.)
• Strong written and verbal communications skills
• Ability to learn and integrate new technologies in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to travel
• Ability to analyze technical problems around product installation/configuration/integration/test
• Hands-on system integration skills
• Experience in deployment in Cloud environment like VMware vCloud director and openstack with certification would have added advantage
• Experience in public cloud
