Job Description

About the Position : We re looking for an entrepreneurial candidate with extremely strong communication and analytical skills, to manage Operations . This a highly challenging role that will expose you to all facets of entrepreneurship from managing customers, coordinating sales , channeling marketing to managing budgets. The role requires a candidate who is extremely motivated, dedicated, possess strong ownership and passionate about entrepreneurship. Overall Responsibilities: Creating and maintaining relationships with local startup ecosystem partners, evangelists and event organizers. Lead efforts for acquisition, which would include (but not limited to) - ideation and execution of marketing campaigns via channel partners, social media, and referral programs Drive communication and outreach (social media pages, mailing lists, SMS and notifications etc) Manage the coworking space including consumables supply, facility cleanliness, equipment maintenance etc Build and manage user communities to further strengthen communication; building the brand and creating evangelists Ensure regulatory compliances like KYC, taxation requirements etc are taken care of Requirements: Were looking for a person who is passionate about putting people first Very strong sense of ownership with good analytical skills You are empathetic, like being helpful and understand people s needs (and have tons of patience!) You are an excellent writer and communicator You have a strong sense of judgment; you must be able to parse through all the content and determine what to share, how to share and when to share You are structured and good with numbers and analytics You are tech savvy and have the ability to quickly master new tools and platforms Education: Graduate from Tier 1 Colleges (IIT/NIT/BITS) Experience: 2-3 Years of experience as a community manager or in customer facing support roles Location: Noida Joining Date: ASAP! ,
