Strong understanding of Spring 5 with Spring Boot and Spring MVC. Good understanding of Spring Java config and profiles. Experience in migrating Java 7/8 applications to Java 11 would be a plus. Experience in Spring batch and spring integration would be a plus. Strong experience in developing the persistence layer using JPA/ORM. Hands-on experience with Oracle database Understanding of PL/SQL Proven experience of developing / integrating with REST-based services Understanding of Messaging services like IBM MQ, Rabbit MQ Experience in writing Unit tests using Junit/Mockito Experience in writing Automation tests using Cucumber/Serenity Experience of build tools like Gradle Or Maven Proven experience of delivering applications using Agile Scrum methodology and delivery tools Understanding of CI/CD pipeline implementations as delivered using Jenkins/GitLab Knowledge of the coding guidelines and code analysis tools like Sonarqube. Familiarity with the Banking and Payment domain would be a plus. Familiarity with Microservices architecture is good to have.Role Description: Collaboration with the team members in a distributed structure Elaboration of application requirements and dependencies Development of software that confirm to design models based on industry best-practice Development and execution of unit test scripts Developing Innovative and reusable components. Understanding and documenting the new technology requirements, doing Spikes/POCs. Participate in delivery and deployment of the Releases. Participating in creating/updating the release documents.
