  • Nokia GSS-Cloud Network Services (CNS) Business Applications Team is seeking a pre-sales professional with OSS expertise to manage our products in the Digital Operations portfolio.
  • The OSS expertise is required across service & network orchestration, fulfilment, inventory, assurance, and closed loop automation to manage the RFP as a subject matter expertise and drive solution strategy.
  • Domain knowledge on any of the umbrella management system or any of the network assurance and service fulfilment is a must.
Job Responsibilities & CompetenciesThe position has the following core responsibilities:
  • As a Technical expert, She/he can lead the CNS BA Digital Operations portfolio: Assess the customer RFP or input documents, define solution and adapting Nokia blueprints to customer/market needs.
  • Bring and maintain the subject matter expertise on our Nokia Digital Operations products (Nokia Orchestration Center, Nokia Assurance Center, Unified Inventory, Nokia Cloud Operation Manager).
  • Lead discussions on technical requirements and resolve gaps with Product Managers and Pre Sales team members to ensure customer requirements can be met.
  • Shares knowledge with peers, Raises innovative ideas. Can handle a variety of complex tasks within area of responsibility, Demonstrates initiative & contributes to problem solving.
  • Establish trusting relationship with Market Pre Sales team and supporting them whenever required.
  • Understand the customer pain points and participate in the RFP discussions/KO understanding the customers business pain points, requirements and KPI s.
  • Prepare and review the technical offer deliverables with presales: Bill of Quantity, TSD, SSD/SoW, SoC/Point by point Responses, Professional Services Costing.
  • Primarily responsible for providing support towards bid preparation work and should be ready to work in different time zone based on market requirements.

Qualifications
  • Minimum 8 years of work experience in OSS software (product management, professional services, pre-sales, consulting or similar).
  • Technical knowledge on OSS aforementioned capabilities as well as Cloud/MANO, Device Management/Security, Fixed & Wireless Networks, Telecom standards (TM Forum, ETSI ZSM, 3GPP etc.), Telecom Protocols.
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills required.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet critical timelines.
  • Creative out of the box thinker.
  • Exceptional work ethic, the ability to work independently, self-motivated, driven and a strong desire to succeed.
  • Knowledge of Nokia CNS Digital Operations portfolio and Services is an advantage
