Job Description

*Junior consulting position for those who are continuing to develop their expertise. Receives general instruction on routine work and detailed instruction on new projects or assignments.As a member of a project team, follows standard practices and procedures to analyze situations/data and provide quality work products to deliver functional and technical solutions on applications and technology installations. Work involves some problem solving with assistance and guidance in understanding and applying relevant Oracle methodologies and practices. Implements Oracle products and technology in various industries to meet customer specifications.1-3 years of overall experience in relevant functional or technical roles. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Demonstrates competence in a minimum of one product or technology area. Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed., *This Consulting SME position enables the candidate to excel at being an offshore development consultant and provides an opportunity to work on multiple Oracle Communications CAGBU Stack products.Detailed Job Description and RequirementsMinimum 2- 4 years of working experience on following

  • Java/J2EE, JavaScript, XML Technologies (XSD, XML), XQuery, Design Studio, WebLogic
  • OS: Unix/Linux operating systems, Shell Scripting
  • DB: Oracle database, RDBMS, PL/SQL and JDBC controls.
  • Integration: Web Service and associated protocols such as SOAP/HTTP, Restful, Java API for RESTful Web Services (JAX - RS).
Good to Have
  • Front end technologies (AngularJS, Bootstrap, jQuery) will be value addition
  • Network domain: Wireless (4/5G), Cable, DSL, VoIP and associated telecom standards TNM, ETSI, ITU, 3GPP etc.
  • Knowledge TMF/eTOM, SID Data Model
  • knowledge in any of the Oracle OSS products, namely, UIM, OSM, MSS, IPSA, ASAP, N/w Discovery Integrity, N/w Intelligence will be added advantage
Other Mandatory skills
  • Good communication & customer handling skill. Flexible to work in shifts [Ex- IST Noon to 9 PM, i.e. EST 2:30 AM to 11:30 PM].
  • Should be able to perform code build and deployment of the completed codes into the development and testing environment.
  • Should be able to work both as an individual and in a team.
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills
  • Education - Should have done BE/BTech/MCA/MTech in any of this branch - Computer Science, Electrical, Electronics, and Telecommunications.
