If you want to be part of an inclusive, adaptable, and forward-thinking organization, apply now.We are currently seeking a System Integration Senior Analyst to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).Role Responsibilities: -Maintain and operate performance monitoring applications and infrastructure, activities include software patching, new deployments, and day to day operations.-Analyze clinical application and delivery infrastructure, including virtual servers and hosts-Configure monitoring agents for network and storage devices-Configure monitoring applications inputs and interfaces-Participate in application performance management and tuning activities (analysis and problem solving)-Perform analysis of application outages and service degradations-Provide on-going education and technical assistance to current and prospective partners-Display initiative, motivation and deliver high quality work while at the same time, meeting all deadlines for both internal and external customersRequirements:-7+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience-5+ years IT experience (emphasis on network or infrastructure management)-2+ years of application infrastructure management-2+ years of experience interacting with clients/customers (prefer healthcare customer experience, but not required)-Excellent analysis skills and the ability to develop processes and methodologies.-8+ years of enterprise performance monitoring and management tools (such as BMC, Solarwinds, NetQOS, Nimsoft/UIM, Spectrum, APM, SOI etc)-Windows/Linux/Unix Experience including shell scripting, python, Perl programming.-Strong oral and written communication skillPreferences:-Experience leading design and implementing/supporting monitoring products-Works well in a fast paced environment-Client focused attitude-Ability to mentor other team members-Quick to embrace new technologies-Project ManagementEducation:Graduate degree /Engineering Graduate / BCAAbout NTT DATA ServicesNTT DATA Services is a global business and IT services provider specializing in digital, cloud and automation across a comprehensive portfolio of consulting, applications, infrastructure and business process services.
