In this individual contributor role, you will be working in partnership, providing administrative and operational support, for various Talent Acquisition Specialists throughout the full lifecycle of the recruitment process.Major responsibilities include assisting in talent mapping activities, providing sourcing and screening support, setting up interview schedules, completing background checks and reference checks, updating and managing our internal HRIS system, organizing onboarding and training for new hires, and coordinating exit processes.If you are successful in this role, you will gain the opportunity to work with both local and regional teams along with clear career progression and development opportunities for a leading global Market Research organisation.ResponsibilitiesThese include the following but are not limited to:

  • Coordinating and delivering full end-to-end support for Talent Acquisition Specialists across the recruitment life cycle, ensuring a positive and seamless recruitment experience for all internal and external stakeholders involved;
  • Assisting in talent mapping for various local departments;
  • Maintaining and updating recruitment reports, movement schedules, and data entry in Workday to ensure complete and accurate employee and candidate information;
  • Using a broad range of techniques to help source and engage candidates including via social media, database searches, and job sites to locate active and passive candidates;
  • Scheduling interviews, performing screens, and providing appropriate and timely feedback where applicable;
  • Completing background and reference checks as required;
  • Preparing and managing new hire activities; preparation of the contract, collation of new hire paperwork, resolving new hire inquiries and HR system set up (Workday);
  • Assist Talent Acquisition Specialists in CRM personnel-related data management - complete and accurate data entry into our HRIS system (Workday) processing new hires, transfers, and terminations;
  • Providing administrative support for key employee life cycle processes such as onboarding, probation, transfer, and exit procedures;
  • Coordinating onboarding process with local hiring managers and IT Support; IT Access, welcome pack, and desk set up, manage onboarding plans and arrange HR and Service Desk orientation;
  • Provide ad-hoc support as per business needs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor s Degree or qualification in Human Resources, Business or other relevant fields
  • Minimum 2 years in a corporate environment ideally with experience in volume recruitment and sourcing
  • Workday experience highly regarded
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage your time effectively
  • Go-getter attitude with the confidence to work autonomously
  • Solutions and customer oriented with the ability to provide prompt, reliable, and response service to all stakeholders
  • Strong attention to detail and service orientation
  • Ability to communicate effectively to both internal and external stakeholders
  • Position based in Noida candidates outside this location will need to relocate at their own cost
