Job Description

Team leader required with excellent communication skillTeam Leaders - Edtech (K-12 Segment)No of opening - 3Salary - Upto 32 K CTCImmediate Joiners. He/She will be leading the fast-growing activation team and shall be accountable for the achievement of activation and profitability targets through this channel.Job Responsibilities :1. The job requires leading 15-20 team members and ensuring that the quality and quantity of effort meets company expectations.2. Own and hit/exceed monthly activation targets.3. Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.4. Monitoring and working on various performance metrics with focus on productivity improvement.Qualifications :1. EDTECH/Tele Sales / Call Center background would be an added advantage.Working Days : 6 days working including Saturday and SundayWill have to handle the team of Inside sales executive who all have theResponsibilities :- Call our potential learners and acquire them to be active on our platform. You will be responsible to handle 150-200 calls per day and activate 10-15 users on our platform. Counsel parents and students for our platform. Go the extra mile to meet activation quota on our platform and facilitate future sales.
