Job Description

    Dear Candidate,Greetings of the day!We are Hiring for Technical Operations Support EngineerLooking for LAMP TechOps support engineer (LINUX,APACHE, MY SQL, PHP) Job Responsibilities : -Responsible for solving user queries from In house ticketing tool - Writing scripts as per the requirement to generate various data reports - Ability to express ideas in an organized, articulate, and concise manner - Gathering information and also do research and able to perform scope analysis - Efficiently do multi-tasking where the job holder will have to handle multiple customer requests from various sources - Technical hands-on troubleshooting, including parsing logs and following stack traces - Work cross-functionally with both client-facing and engineering teams - Generating and analyzing the data for users and provide weekly reports to the team - Perform production support activities that involve the assignment of issues and issue analysis and resolution within the specified SLAs - Provide daily support with a resolution of escalated tickets and act as a liaison to business and technical leads to ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner - Suggest fixes to complex issues by doing a thorough analysis of the root cause and impact of the defect - Coordinate with Application Development Team to resolve issues on the production - Understanding every feature of the application very clearly and passing the knowledge to the customer success team - Install, configure, update and troubleshoot services for customers such as OS level concerns, web server, database server, applications server and mail; includes Apache, MySQL, PHP, FTP, SSH and DNS -Providing L2/ L3 support depending upon the priority of issue to meet SLA - Responsible for solving user queries from In house ticketing tool - Writing scripts as per the requirement to generate various data reports - Performed backup, cleanup and restoration of database - User Acceptance testing and API monitoring - Writing SQL queries to check different data issues and resolving them - Updating, troubleshooting the data by using rest tool- Generating and analysing the data for users and provide weekly reports to team - Working closely with the devops team for solving the deployment issues for different applications and helping QA team to fix their QA environment issues - Doing non-dev QA for new releases in the website and mobile app and reporting them to development team - Understanding every feature of the application very clearly and passing the knowledge to customer success team Desired Skills : - Analyzing the complete end to end flow by understanding the code(written in Java) and fix it(if required) - Strong technical knowledge about the relational database, networking, UNIX platform - Ability to troubleshoot issues and able to handle different types of customer inquiries - Good knowledge of networking, networking protocols, SQL, UNIX, SOLARIS, relational databases, know about the table commands, etc. - Debugging any issue reported by looking into application logs/databases Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related discipline, with 5 years (or commensurate experience). 3+ years of experience as a Linux Administrator LAMP or similar experience (Linux, Apache Server, MySQL, and PHP) 1+ years of experience working in an AWS, Google, or Azure cloud environment 1+ years of experience working with the Git version control system Bash, Python, and/or other programming or scripting experience. Solid scripting ability is critically important for this role Understanding of CI/CD concepts, containerization, and Microservices Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile Software Development concepts Working knowledge of networking hardware, protocols, and theories Familiarity with IT security controls and documentation Strong communication (written, verbal, interpersonal) skills with the ability to connect with a wide variety of audiences, including clients and team membersRegards,HR Team
