Job Description

    The Customer Experience organization provides a common interface to customers including account and relationship management, acting as the voice of the customer internally and creating demand across our business groups. As a member of Global Sales Support (GSS), Market Team APJ & India in CX. You will be a part of a team whose objectives are to deliver in an environment where openness, trust and autonomy are encouraged. What you will learn and contribute to We are looking for a Technical Solution Lead: GSS to drive and helm the Bid Management, Design the Solution and lead cross Business Groups (BG) team activities for the timely delivery of a high quality offer to the end Customer. Have advanced knowledge of Radio Network technologies and good understanding of Mobile Networks and Fixed Networks Solutions.Technical Solution Lead: GSS should possess:
    • Ability to analyze market trends, customer s requirement and translate into solutions
    • Ability to formulate solution with Nokia regional team and find the solution to customers
    • Ability to take complete ownership and supports different phases of the Sales Cycle from Opportunity Qualification to Offer Approval, Contract Approval and upto the Contract Transfer.
    • Ability to lead the bid team, coordinating all bid activity supported by applicable processes.
    • Ability to Support in management approval for all levels by coordinating business case presentation and organizing offer reviews.
    Technical Solution Lead: GSS role and responsibilities
    • Architect a solution during RFX phase.
    • Understand and articulate requirement, request and service at all levels to relevant stakeholders.
    • Have good communication skill for customer requirement to manage things between external and internal teams.
    • Create, present and describe technical solutions easily
    • Explain and lead other business group and ability to anchor the whole solution beyond RAN technologies.
    • Ability to coach and mentor team on Radio network technologies.
    • Responsible for all bid project management and coordination activities to ensure offer readiness on time, in line with the Sales Process and at the right quality level, ensuring NDA conditions are followed.
    • Assembly of the Bid/Offer Team with clear assignment of responsibilities and due dates (work split & bid plan) & act as main interface to Pre-sales teams located in the BGs
    • Works hand in hand with Customer Teams, Regional/ Global Business Centres of various BGs, Offer Control, Global Sales Support (GSS) and the extended bid team including Legal and Compliance (L&C), Structured Finance, Tax, Delivery teams etc. for complete bid preparation cycle.
    • Prepare and share all bid documents & templates in line with Customer requirements
    • Contribute to development and communication of the bid strategy to bid team, driving relevant key meetings such as kick-off meetings, offer strategy and solution sign-off meetings
    • Helps identify and mitigate the Technical and commercial risks associated with offers.
    • Accountable for entire Sales cycle process for the bids delivered under his/her domain of responsibility including management approval document support and completion.
    Your skills and experience You have:
    • Bachelor s/Master s degree in Communication Engineering
    • Experience in RAN technologies and other MN/FN solutions
    • Advanced knowledge of technologies like LTE & 5G.
    • Good understanding of MN/FN Solutions.
    • Ability to manage act as a Bid Manager and a technical lead for the opportunities.
    • Good communication and negotiation skills to manage customers, business partners and stakeholders
    • Capable of working in a multi BG solution environment and should be a self-motivated and a demonstrate fast learning skills for technology/products/solutions beyond own expert area
    • English fluency: intermediate business level
    • Experience: Relevant experience 10 years or more

    • Nokia Process and MoO understanding
