Job Responsibility Customer Focus and Revenue generation A- Maintain all revenue data for changeable support B- Maintain data of DDNS , DCR Report etc. C- Provide technical support for Project site (Milestone , Mirasys support). D- Provide training for dealer , customer , internal engineer for CCTV , IPC , and Access control , VDP , Biometric machine and other E- Provide technical support email , team viewer , telephonic , whatsApp chat F- Understand customer requirement and pitch the product to dealer , sales team G- Regular feedbackupdates to customers as and when required to increase customer satisfaction. H- Creation and maintenance of required data with accuracy and quality. I- Align engineer for site visit if required. Job Profile: Technical Support Engineer Interpersonal and communication Skills A- Conducting required root cause analysis and suggestingdiscussing observationssolutions B- Ensures teamwork and co- operation , track and share performance of the team. C- Communicates effectively. Displays effective interpersonal skills. Ready to join immediately preferred.
