Job Description

Technical Support executive (2) Level - 1, 2, 3HostJinni is looking for experienced, talented, and motivated candidates, who are looking for a career in Linux Server/ System administration.Job Description Candidate will be providing technical support for level 1, 2, 3 issues to the customers through chat, telephone, and ticket system. Candidate will be talking care the server and will be monitoring them for stability. Candidate will also be responsible to take necessary action to protect any misuse of the server as per the terms. Candidate will be helping the new customers in transferring their data and files form the old host to HostJinni Hosting servers. Candidate will be talking care of the various installation and configuring, and also maintaining various services such as MySQL, Apache, and Exim and all on the servers. Candidate will be helping new customers in finding the right hosting package. Required Skills: Excellent english communication and writing skills. Ability to work well with in a team in a fast paced, constantly changed environment and follow instructions from supervisors and senior colleagues. Ability to understand the customer requirement and suggest them the right hosting plan. Outstanding customer service skills and a dedication to the customer service experience. Dependable to be at work during assigned shifts and to complete work as expected. Advanced knowledge of cPanel/ WHM control panel. Advanced knowledge of the Windows/ Linux operating system. Knowledge of bash and Perl shell scripting. Advanced knowledge of Exim. Advanced knowledge of Apache Server. Ability to install scripts and server upgrades Understanding of PHP and HTML.,
