Job Description

    SAP- FICO 5A/5B 6A/6BDomain Specific / Technical
    • Overall, 12-15 years of experience in testing with at least 5+ years on SAP S4 Hana Functional Consultant on FICO or RTT modules
    • Minimum of 3-5years of experience in a full cycle implementation as well as in support projects
    • Minimum of 2+ years designing and configuring FICO or RTT modules.
    • Good process Knowledge on finance and accounting management process, Cash management, Management accounting and Reporting.
    • Good exposure to balance sheets; income statements; cash flow statements
    • Ability to understand business processes from a customer perspective
    • Facilitate the implementation and support of FICO or RTT
    • Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements
    • Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements
    • Map client business requirements, processes and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy clients needs.
    • Design, customize, configure and testing of FICO or RTT
    • Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions.
    • Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve software problems.
    • Experience on Test Strategy and Planning for SAP Implementation, Upgrade or Enhancements
    • Improve test automation quality in terms test coverage, test results
    • Leverage the solution manager capabilities for test management, business documentation etc. Good experience with preparing and submitting test estimates. Good to have:
    • Plan and execute project testing .e.g enhancement packs, new country roll in, support packs, release testing etc.
    • Ownership and accountable for test management roadmap, should deliver the improved (i.e QC implementation) of framework and increased usage of test automation
    • Follow and enforce the established process for sustaining test automation
    • Demonstrate strong analytical skills
    • Demonstrate troubleshooting and analytical skills required to resolve complex issues.
    • Demonstrate project management experience; capability to lead teams.
    • Demonstrate experience with Word, Excel, Visio, and Microsoft Project.
    Experience of working with multiple teams and collaborating across geographically spread multi-functional teams.,
