UI UX Designer

Job Description

We are looking for a passionate visual designer able to understand the requirements, as well as be responsible for designing a variety of platforms, which may include Internet and intranet sites, web application, E-commerce platform, B2C, B2B, mobile app,s etc.Need to create the concepts, artwork, and layouts for digital projects based on creative briefs and client meetings. Responsible for the overall design activities of different product lines.Collaborating closely with Product Managers, Stakeholders, and other cross-functional team members within the organizations to ensure that our products amaze and delight our users.Roles and Responsibilities

• Present the user interface visually so that information is easy to read, easy to understand, and easy to find.
• Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering
• Conduct user research and contextual inquiry, including meeting with customers and potential users to gather contextual data.
• Collaborate with a cross-functional team that includes engineers, product managers in order to create simple, easy-to-use software.
• Translate client business requirements, user needs, technical requirements into designs that are visually enticing, easy to use, and emotionally engaging.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, site maps and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
• Design UI interfaces for responsive websites, apps, and other digital products
• Develop or extend client design systems, guidelines, and resources
• Be actively involved in user research.
• Present and defend designs and milestone deliverables to client stakeholders
• Research both interaction design and technology trends, establishing new standards and evolving existing standards for User Experience design process and deliverables.
• Promote and contribute to UX/UI best practices, processes, and methodologies

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3+ years of experience designing the great user interface
• An online portfolio or samples of work demonstrating user-centered design solutions of your previous work that clearly demonstrates the above
• Good knowledge of user-centered design processes and practices
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and information organization capabilities
• In-depth knowledge of iOS, Android design patterns and Responsive Web Design standards, mobile/tablet
• Up-to-date with the latest UX trends, techniques, and technologies
• Advanced knowledge in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, site maps, prototypes (e.g. Balsamiq, Sketch, Figma and InVision)
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, XD or other visual design tools
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Previous experience working on B2B, B2C, B2B2C eCommerce and/or data visualization
• BS/MS in Human-computer Interaction, Interaction Design or a Visual Subject
• Certified in CUA and CXA will be a plus
• Basic knowledge for HTML5, CSS3 will be a plus
