Responsibilities:Working with a close knit technical team, the role will:- Plan, design and deploy OpenShift and OpenStack infrastructure [Nova, Neutron, Cinder, Glance, Swift, Keystone, Heat, Horizon]- Develop API integration with other technology stacks such CISCO ACI to automate provisioning, implement security controls and enable SDN.- Prepare Ansible playbooks to automate OpenStack and OpenShift deployment and operational processes- Develop and maintain up-to-date architectural, implementation, evaluation, and operational documentation of PoC projects.- Work in close collaboration with platform and Network engineering teams to provide technical leadership for OpenShift and OpenStack deploymentRequired Core Skills:- Expert knowledge of Red Hat Linux, Windows OS and Vsphere- Experience with Setup and operations of OpenStack and Openshift- Strong OpenStack deployment and troubleshooting skills- Solid experience with Network switch and router configuration;- Knowledge and experience with SDN configuration in an enterprise setting- Experience with end-to-end system integration,- Proficient scripting skills in Perl / Python / Shell Scripting- Experience with system configuration tools including Ansible- DevOps experience is a great plusOther Skills:- Strong Interpersonal Skills- Good communication skills,- self-motivated, positive can-do attitude and ability to work independently and in a team environment- A critical thinker with a strong troubleshooting and application administration/Support skills- Proven track for timely delivery of key initiatives- Must be able to work flexible hours (including weekends and nights) as well as when needed.(1.) To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies (2.) To provide support for on call escalations and doing incident and problem management (3.) To independently resolve tickets and esnure that the agreed SLA of ticket volume and time are met for the team (4.) To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions or Reopen Cases (5.) Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update and management, Training freshers, coaching analysts and conducting interviewsorparticipation in hiring drives (6.) To participate or contribute on EN business in creation of proposals to drive Service improvement plans.
