He/ She puts great efforts on design details, product aesthetics and interaction design. A great team player who is forthcoming with his/ her design ideas with logical reasoning.Build great experiences in web and mobile applications. Follows best practices to design for desktop and mobile interfaces. Working closely with the product team and brainstorming the ideas and execute them till the last level Applying user-centered design processes to create high quality user experiences for Web and mobile applications Manage UI and Usability for complex web and mobile applications as a member of UX team The candidate must be able to manage many complex projects at a time. Ability to communicate design/ usability concepts to the team Able to build low and high fidelity prototypes. Wireframes, paper prototypes, HTML/ CSS/ JS prototypes Closely collaborate with the engineering team Working with strict deadlines and delivering the projects to the respective team Expert level experience with wireframing tools like Axure, MS Visio etc. Expert-level experience with design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Fireworks. Ability to prototype in HTML, JavaScript, CSS. Desired Candidate Profile Minimum 2+ years of experience in user interface design for Web and Mobile UX (Android, iphone, ipad, WAP). Excellent hands on skills to design and build web and mobile interfaces with an eye for details. Highly experience in information architecture, UCD processes and usability testing. Well versed in defining system specifications, user personas, scenarios and task analysis. Excellent logical reasoning and analytical skills. Excellent knowledge of typography, layout and color theory. Excellent written and verbal communication / interpersonal skills Good team player with people management skills. Ardent follower of advancements in technologies, advancements in user interfaces and UX research areas. Prior portfolio that shows candidates skills and experience as UX designer.
