About Role:We are looking to hire a Head, Content at VAHDAM India who will be responsible for leading all things - content at the brand. The Chief Content Officer (CCO) oversees all marketing content initiatives, both internal and external, across multiple platforms and formats to drive sales, engagement, retention, leads and positive customer experience. The candidate will be expected to lead the narrative of VAHDAMs brand purpose - Wellness Re-Imagined by creating high quality content taking our leadership Indian based wellness forward. Job Responsibilities:- Lead all content initiatives for the brand across all platforms. - Ensuring all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality and tone of voice, and optimized for search and user experience for all channels of content including online, social media, email, point of purchase, mobile, video, print and in-person. - Create high quality content in the space of Indian Wellness, Teas, Spices, Superfoods & distribute it via our blog, youtube channel. - Own & execute copy for the brand on the website, marketplaces & all other sales platforms.- Write high-converting copy for our Advertising campaigns online. - Work closely with the revenue team in identifying high performing - Supervising a lean team of writers - both internal & external.- Building strong organic awareness for the brand via high quality content pieces, guest posts etc. - Creation of a strategy for developing SMS/MMS outreach and advertising, apps, etc. as needed. - Work closely with the companys Creative Head on all creative and branding initiatives to ensure a consistent message across channels., About Vahdam:VAHDAM- India is a home-grown brand bringing Indias finest teas, spices & superfoods to the world, under a home-grown label.
