We are looking to hire a Creative Head at VAHDAM - India who will be responsible for leading all things design & creative at the brand. The candidate will lead a lean team of graphic designers & coordinate with partner agencies to ensure deployment of high quality creatives for the overall brand presence across platforms & all touch-points, both online & offline. The creative director guides all projects and is responsible for the overall quality of work produced by the creative department. Job Responsibilities :- Manage & deliver all creative requests at the company from different departments - online & offline.- Translate marketing objectives into clear creative strategies.- Deliver High-Quality Performance Marketing Ads, Emailers, Banners for the companys D2C presence.- Deliver high converting landing pages + UI experiences for the companys D2C website.- Analyze CTRs on Facebook/Google Display to identify trends & scale the creative strategy accordingly.- Delivery high-quality creatives for the companys presence on marketplaces to help boost conversions.- Lead and direct the creative team + agencies + freelancers in the production of all marketing collateral i.e photoshoots, videos, etc.- Support the Social Media Team by helping create high quality creatives, videos for platforms like Instagram, Youtube, Tik Tok & more.- Design merchandise, promotional material, POS material for the offline sales team.- Brochures & catalogues for the corporate sales team.- Ensure visual communication and brand standards are met across channels.- Oversee profitability, deliverables, timelines and budgets- Meet with clients or upper management to explain campaign strategies and solutions- Review work, troubleshoot and provide feedback to creative teams- Remain actively involved in hiring and training creative staff- Manage and cultivate the career development of staff members, including designers, art directors, copywriters, photographers and web developers- Conduct brainstorming sessions with creative team, maintaining strategic and creative thinking to develop innovative and actionable creative initiatives in a fiscally responsible manner,
