While bringing deep understanding of local markets for our customer, the CX organization ensures strong alignment between sales and delivery teams.As a Visualization Specialist, you will be working as part of the GSS Visualization Team to produce high-quality deliverables to the different Business Units within Nokia. Producing creative, comprehensive layout and design for external marketing collateral and client deliverables. This position requires a creative problem solver with a good understanding of conceptual design, from creation/development through to presentation to clients for review/refinement. This position requires full knowledge and application of the firm s visual identity along with understanding of clients needs and expectations.Working with a client project team, the Designer will provide a valuable service to our clients. The output is frequently high profile; the quality, accuracy and timeliness of the end product are therefore of critical importance.What you will learn and contribute toAs part of our team, you will:

• Conceptualizing the strategic direction of a project to provide creative, professional and functional deliverables that align with business needs.
• Create high-level concepts, designs and innovative ideas for design, print and electronic deliverables within the Nokia brand.
• Be a proactive problem solver and produce credible, creative design solutions.
• Execute strategic, bespoke and routine design projects from concept through production, effectively prioritizing work and balancing multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Determine project scope including effective brief taking, negotiating deadlines, and creating and communicating timescales for complex marketing/communication campaigns.
• Excellent knowledge and application of Nokia s visual identity; promote awareness of visual identity in the business. Keep up to date with the evolution of Nokia s brand.
• Identify and initiate improvements to the design and execution of graphics material.
• Designing and conceptualizing highly creative PowerPoint presentations, Newsletters, Brochure, Whitepapers, videos, etc along with producing illustrations and visual effects.
• Conceptualizing and producing creative Animations and Artwork.
• High level of competency in delivering outcomes using key graphic software (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Animate (Flash), Premiere Pro and After Effects) and a good understanding of the digital environment that they operate within.
• Streamlining knowledge transfer across GSS (our business unit) locations on templates and style guidelines and providing training for same.
• Delivering quality output while maintaining timelines.
• Building and developing relationships with global stakeholders.

Your skills and experienceYou have:

• Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word and Excel).
• Proficient in Adobe Master Collection CC (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Animate (Flash AS3), Premiere Pro and After Effects).
• Strong conceptual skills along with a good understanding of Animation principles.
• Possesses advanced and applied understanding of artistic/animation principles (color, form, perspective, layout, timing, anticipation, squash and stretch etc).
• Advance knowledge of Video/Sound editing software.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills are a must.
• Ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines and work well within a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
• Education Required
• Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
• Able to supply an up to date portfolio of own work.
• Any bachelor s degree with relevant design work experience.
