Provide his guidance on layout, colors and styles to team members Create attractive, user friendly designs, page layouts etc. Provide good quality assurance on creative work Develop a great motivating and learning environment in team Have a strong grip in producing/ searching impactful visual image to website and mobile application HTML5 and CSS 3. 0 coding in well structured, clean and easily maintainable format. Required Skills A graduate with good academics/ designing background and 2-4 years of experience in designing. Strong expertise in creating designs for web and mobile applications. Strong knowledge in HTML5, CSS3, JQuery and Javascript. Person should have highly expert either in Mobile application designing or responsive website designing, although, person acquired both expertise will be preferred. Have good interpersonal skill and a passion towards designing. Knowledge in designing for CMS user interface as Wordpress, Joomla, Magento will be additional advantage. Knowledge in Flash illustrator, 3dx Max, Adobe Fireworks would be an added advantage. Ability to produce the work as per schedule and deadline with development team. Ability to manage multiple tasks as requirement gathering and project details Well Aware of international web standards and latest technologies in designing.,
