Job Description

This position is for a FORTUNE 100 Client based in NOIDA.Excellent written English and oral communications skills a must.What youll do: -List responsibilities

  • Creating various Types of Macros (VBA Programming).
  • Prepare various Comparison reports & Excel Reports through Excel.
  • Designed and developed customized applications to provide reports using Excel Pivot tables, advanced formulas, and Excel VBA.
  • Proficient in Data Management and Data Analytics.
  • Manage real time staffing as per the process requirement.
  • Real time call and chat queue management & Skill Assignment as per agreed protocol.
  • Floor handling and crises management with coordination with the source teams
  • Monitor Breaks and control the agents adherence.
Requirements: -Expertise and responsibilities associated with this position
  • 5+ years of experience in a Workforce Management related field such as MIS and Real Time Management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel- Pivot Tables- Dashboard, preferably VBA
  • Ability to work independently, multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Analytical interpretation of data
  • MS-Office Ver./7/10 (Word / PowerPoint / Excel/Advance Excel),
  • Macro Designing in Excel,
  • Visual Basic 6, Internet, Email, Advance level of Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
