Job Description

Job Responsibilities:- Appraising proposals for SME financing - both fund based & non fund based, conducting risk analysis, scrutinizing relevant documents before sanctioning loans within defined TAT, client interview, ensuring compliance as per banks credit policies- Supervising, controlling delinquency and credit loss- Monitoring of loan accounts, checking of loan documents and supervising the timely preparation of MIS reports- Fulfilling the credit training needs of entire business team on a continued & timely basisTeam Management- Leading, mentoring & monitoring the performance of the team members to ensure efficiency in process and operations.- Creating and sustaining a dynamic environment that fosters development opportunities and motivates high performance among team members.- Nurturing, managing & imparting training to the team is also one of the core activities.Functional Requirements:- In-depth knowledge of Financial & Credit Risk analysis- Risk (credit / investment, operational, others) identification and mitigation skills- Knowledge and experience of having dealt in Banking products and procedures, DocumentationSkills required:- Ability to understand economic / industry cycles- Analysis of annual reports and cash flow statements- Excellent communication skills - verbal, and written (including report writing)- Problem solving attitude Job Title: Zonal Credit Manager-SME LendingIndustry: Banking/NBFCFunctional Area: Credit-SME LendingQualifications:- CA/MBANo. of vacancies: MultipleExperience: 5-18 YearsJob Location: West, North, South & East ZoneMandatory Key skills: ZCM - Business Loan group
