1. Enterprise field Service Delivery ownership and customer side deviceDeployment (hardware and services) for delivering Enterprise serviceswithin SLA2. Ownership of field L2 survey, Service delivery, customer material andresources required3. Plan & ensure all the necessary orders, teams & tools availabilityfor Installation and commissioning.4. Overall service delivery and deployment field activities monitoring &tracking includingCoordination with the Deployment, IP team for the successful completionof the installation and commissioning of the Demarc (L2 Switch) and CPEas per need10. Daily activity monitoring and interaction with vendor partner teamsfor daily and weekly targets achievements. Also Identifying gaps againstvarious milestones to improve efficiency of teams. Facilitating fieldteams with all the necessary process and material support. MaterialForecasting ( CPE / L2 Switch ), short shipments & relevant mitigationplan.
