Job Description

For Locations to Hire: Delhi / NCR & different locations in Gujrat.The Companyis Indias leading insurance broker, in operation since 2002.It caters to more than 300,000 customers and is partnered with all major insurance service providers, having presence in 24 cities.They are one of the largest retail insurance brokers in India with over 35% CAGR over last 6 years. With nationwide chain of offices, staffed with experienced team, makes buying insurance and registering a claim a convenient pleasure. We are also Indias leading motor insurance broker in the retail segment with an online insurance portal.

• Recruitment and management of Agents / POSPs.
• Sales Planning and target setting for the Agent / POSP Team.
• Formulating sales strategies for achieving targets.
• Training, motivating and developing of Agents / POSPs.
• Provide regular updates to the immediate superior when required.
• Any other work as may be assigned by Reporting Head/Company from time to time.

Desired Profile:

• Minimum 2 Yrs of experience in Motor or Health Insurance Sales (Agency Channel)
• Should have good communication & presentation skills.
• Should be a self-starter, proactive.
• Should be graduate.
