Job Description

    Trade operations provides support to validate and coordinate import/export transactional requirements, ensures pre-transaction regulatory requirements are fulfilled, using a deep knowledge and understanding of global trade compliance operations practices and procedures.Trade Operations Duties & ResponsibilitiesTo write an effective trade operations job description, begin by listing detailed duties, responsibilities and expectations. We have included trade operations job description templates that you can modify and use.Sample responsibilities for this position include:Accurately submit comparison on open trade items by validating correct monies and other terms of the transactionSupport BAU Trade operations in Western Europe and new hubs as they are establishedReconcile rental invoices daily and ensure all are correct & authorised prior to sign-off and paymentComplete order numbers for rentals booked on behalf of FEF and check costs against the suppliers invoicesLiaise with account managers and support staff to ensure internal focus is maintainedEnsure accuracy of all data entry relating to rental contracts & associated processes whilst adhering to all related Policy & ProcedureProcess and forward all infringement notices as & when requiredEnsure appropriate rental vehicles, insurances and rates are allocated to clientsFollow up with clients and suppliers to ensure rental timeframes are being met and forewarn clients when extra costs will apply to ensure approvals are attainedUpdate Relief vehicle tracker and monthly reporting figures
