Job Description

As a NetSuite Zuora Administrator, you will focus on administering the day-to-day functions of Zuora and NetSuite, including providing end-user support through ticket resolution. You will participate in the design, testing, implementation of the Zuora Billing System, NetSuite ERP, and additional add-ons. You will be expected to hold prior experience in handling NetSuite ERP and Zuora Billing systems and possess an understanding of Finance/Accounting processes.As a leading service provider for Salesforce in Chandigarh and Panchkula, we re looking for someone with 2 5 years of relevant experience. Roles and Responsibilities
  • Deliver timely solutions to finance stakeholders.
  • Understand the business processes and prepare proposals for customers.
  • Interact directly with business partners to support their operational needs.
  • Assist in the development and administration of our Zuora Billing System and NetSuite ERP to streamline processes and implement large-scale enhancements in alignment with our organizational goals.
  • Manage and troubleshoot any system integrations to and from Zuora and/or NetSuite.
  • Work closely with the business teams to understand functional requirements and execute them through successful implementation, testing, and deployment.
  • Maintain and resolve production support tickets, troubleshoot problems, test and work with business to resolve any issues.
  • Maintain all documentation relevant to Zuora and/or NetSuite processes.
  • Adhere to policies and procedures established to govern and document changes to finance systems.
  • Assist our IT Risk Compliance teams in gathering and providing support for audits related to Zuora and NetSuite requirements.
  • Develop or showcase an understanding of Sarbanes-Oxley Technology Controls.
  • Issue management and resolution, and change management preferred.
  • Be tech-savvy, highly motivated, self-starter, and a team player.
  • Be highly organized with the ability to balance multiple projects at the same time.
  • Carry out effective written and verbal communication.
