Job Description

    We are hiring for an Indian multinational information technology (IT) services and consulting company.Location : Pan IndiaSkillPrimary Responsibilities and Accountabilities:Assumes responsibility for database searches on the Datamart for ad-hoc searches, DSURs, PBRERs,signal detection, audit- and inspection requests, metrics and any other search request.Interacts with internal or external customers to define the criteria for a database search; develops anappropriate search strategy; develops, tests and runs the data retrieval program; checks the search resultsfor consistency and plausibility; gets the results verified by a second person as appropriate; labels thesearch results correctly and documents search programs and results.Assumes responsibility that standard program components, standard programs and tools developed by thejob holder are correct, validated/verified and fit for purposeMaintains compliance with global and local SOPs and working practices.Assumes responsibility for signing official company documentation.Coaches and mentors Drug Safety Specialists and assists in the training and supervision of new DrugSafety Specialists.Leads projects or initiatives within DMG, Safety Services or PDS and represents the Data ManagementGroup in projects or initiatives beyond PDSEnsures any issues relating to data, programs or tools are highlighted to the Head of DMG.Is available for database searches at out of office hours.The above statements on Principal Functional Responsibilities are intended to describe the general nature andlevel of work being performed by those persons assigned to this job.
