Job Description

Lead the execution of sales processes - from lead generation, Customer qualification, initial customer engagement to successful closure. Highly results-driven, comfortable working in a fast-moving and multi-tasking environment.
Achieve the set targets - monthly, quarterly - in terms of new Corporate acquisitions and User (Employee) Base expansion
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute lead generation campaigns with the objective of opening doors and establishing new business engagements.
Track and analyze competitor activities to formulate/refine go-to-market strategies to ensure shorter sales closure time, conversion ratio and market expansion
Use technology to demonstrate and promote programs and spur the early stage growth while building strategies.
Consistently review the processes and execution along with the founding team to maximize effectiveness.
Participate and contribute meaningfully in strategy discussions with the Leadership.
Conceptualize and drive communication of our story to the external world including students, parents, schools, counsellors, industry, influencers
