Job Description

Ensure that all colour schemes of the presentation are as per n the PDF presentation
Make sure that the presentations are delivered within the scheduled time
Checking and ensuring that all the necessary requirements as per job card is received
Sending 2D/3D models for approval to the concerned team lead within the specified time
Ensure that no duplicates exist in the graphics library
Ensure that graphics library is up-to-date with the latest material
Ensure all graphics data is organized in the new prescribed folder structure
Ensure all latest versions of the presentation are available on the central server
Ensure presentation quality as per VA standards (as per type of renderings) / team requirement
Prepare final renderings as per VA standards/ team requirement
Ensuring consistency in quality, content of all presentations as per VA standards/ team requirement
Coordination with Studio Team Leaders based on the job codes and the requirement
Sending 2D/3D models for approvals to the concerned team leaders within the specified time
Required Software Skills : AutoCAD, Google Sketch up, 3d Max, V ray, Photoshop, Corel draw, Illustrator, PowerPoint.,
Reviewing presentations with studio team members
Capturing feedback from studio team members
Incorporate feedback collected from the studio team members in next presentations
Flexible and open attitude towards new ways of working and commitments
