Someone who lives and breathes agility and has a flair for developing innovative learning solutions, which have a lasting impact.We are working in a domain that looks beyond the common agile frameworks and methods and develops tailored agile training offering.For the newly created Agile Academy, we are looking for a passionate Trainer with sound knowledge of and experience in agile ways of working and methods to: Understand the learning needs of employees adopting new ways of working Develop and facilitate high-quality, engaging face-to-face and digital learning offerings for key agile roles, especially for Scrum Master and Product Owner Continuously scale, improve, and further develop the agile learning curriculum Support agile communities in the topics of agile methods, ways of working and mindset Provide feedback and content covering agile methodology to your Academy colleagues and learning designers Work with external vendors on customized and rapid eLearning solutions including managing the vendor relationship and project workflow Support planning, execution, and progress tracking of the learning offeringYour teamYou ll be part of UBS Agile Academy. We are a multi-disciplinary, agile team of experts who strives to develop and deliver above-class learning journeys to equip all UBS colleagues with the knowledge and skills to embed hidden_email Academy is where our employees attend courses and seminars, track their learning journeys and are supported through agile coaches helping them become agile practitioners and leaders. The Agile Academy also sets standards and provides certifications for all core agile roles., Ideally 3+ years of experience in working as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Agile Trainer, or similar roles. Proven track record in delivering Agile learning offering for specific roles (e.g. Scrum Master, Product Owner, Kanban Flow manager), relevant certifications required. Strong experience in designing and developing blended learning solutions (e.g. workshops, webinars, job aids, learning communities) in a global corporate environment Excellent communicator able to convey Agile concepts clearly and to facilitate agile events Experience in using virtual collaboration platforms (e.g. Confluence / Gitlab / MS Teams / Miro / Slido / Zoom etc.) Team player with an enthusiastic and proactive personality and a true agile mindset Ability to build and manage stakeholder relationships and collaborate effectively across organization A strong sense of continuous improvement to continually be growing one s own craft, learning new tools and sharing techniques across community. Knowledge of adult learning principles, curriculum and instructional design concepts, experience with new learning approaches such as gamification and social learning is considered as a plus Previous working experience in the financial services industry, ideally in a Bank is considered as a plus
