Job Description

This is the Business Analyst position that require a strong SCM domain knowledge and experience in handling business stakeholders for one of our Advanced Analytics project.The primary function of the candidate would be to support and coordinate various Supply ChainCustomer Excellence Process and Performance, ERP Data Analytics topics including but not limited to:Assists and Drives creating, analyzing and documenting high impact business solutionsfor Eaton Electrical Sector EMEA s Data Analytical requirements. Effectively bridging the gap of Business need into Analytical Solution and tools that can be used by Eaton users across the Eaton Enterprise.bridging the gap of Business need into Analytical Solution and tools that canbe used by Eaton users across the Eaton Enterprise.Provide Supply Chain domaindomain solutions/advices/standard practices to various queries/concernsIdentification of Data Cleansing requirementswithin Eaton Electrical Sector EMEA s Data sets. Working with other stakeholders to develop and effective and robust cleansing processes and algorithms and validating them. Ensuring that data is clean anduseable by the Organisation.Presents complex critical analytical concepts in simplest manner to different stakeholders of the business.Coordinates closely with ES EMEA performance Manager, Data Architect & IT BI team to understand Data and aggregate, filter or manipulate it using with ETL tools such Alteryx.Designs and Develops impactful dashboards and reports using Power BI and sharing those reports effectively using Microsoft Power Platform.These dashboards should be of a high visual quality (using standards for spacing, fonts, margins, colour pallet, flow, ordering).Aligning with the ES EMEA performance Manager and other Eaton Stakeholder groups with respect to Dashboard design and content, to ensure that the Dashboards and tools being developed meet the business needs / expectations.Oversee the UAT, sign-off and migration from Dev to Prod environments for metrics reported and tools launched to be accepted by the business. To monitor the phase out of legacy / obsolete tools that the Daylight data and process replaces.Researches and brings insight around what good looks like, for presenting data in the form of performance dashboards and business tools relating to ERP / transactional dataand analytics.Uses other tools to develop value business solutions that are not suitable for PowerBI, including but not limited to: R, Python, Excel, Alteryx, Cloudera.Develops standard tools and to identify cost out opportunities and monitor deliverables in Packaging/Consolidation/Inventory/CLO related initiatives with CustomerSatisfaction Team/BRM team.Developing standard tools to Prepares Predictive andProscriptive analytics toolkit for ES EMEA for Forecasting / Segmentation /Modelling / Demand and Capacity etc.Understands data sources will include (but not be limited to), multiple ERPs (SAP, Oracle, etc.), other enterprise business tools (Demantra, TPH, PDH, EPM etc), other bespoke business tools (Customer Stock Assortment, Channel Charter Lead Times, Report Distribution Database, KPI Target Setting).Oversight of the design non-ERP Data Warehouse in Cloudera Including but not limited to: Customer Stock Assortment, Channel Charter Lead Times, Report Distribution Database, KPI Target Setting.Stock Assortment, Channel Charter Lead Times, Report Distribution Database, KPITarget Setting.Ensures that all data, reports and tables are properly managed, maintained, labelled anddocumented.
