Job Description

And in the next few years, it will transform every industry.We are looking for an MDF & NPN Analyst role based in India (Pune) to join the EMEA Finance FP&A organization. As an integral member of the EMEA Finance FP&A team in Europe, the Analyst will handle the Marketing Development Funds (MDF) and NPN Program (NVIDIA Partner Network Distribution) processes ensuring data integrity, compliance and timeliness. You will support NVIDIAs Partners and engage with cross-functional teams at NVIDIA. This is a visible role for a detailed individual who has a customer service focus and who can function in a growing, dynamic environment.What you ll be doing:

  • Support all aspects of the MDF and NPN process focusing on educating and guiding partners and within NVIDIA.
  • Engage with Finance/Sales/Partner Marketing Managers and NVIDIA Partners on translating the marketing plan into the MDF/NPN portal.
  • Responsible for new vendor creation and maintenance of existing vendor along with Partner Portal access support.
  • Review and approve MDF related contracts.
  • Safe-guard data integrity by ensuring projects are loaded and submitted correctly in Salesforce for accurate reporting downstream.
  • Assist Partners with accurate and timely claim submissions by confirming appropriate documentation and adhering to company guidelines and compliance.
  • Work with partner accounting to research and resolve questions.
  • Build strong partnerships with NVIDIA Partners, Regional Marketing Managers, Account Managers, Finance, and IT.
  • Create and publish financial data and reports both internally and to partners ensuring they are accurate, relevant and timely.
  • Drive analytics to measure investment ROI of different programs.
  • Contribute to process improvement and standardization.
What we need to see:
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in a business finance, operations, or marketing capacity.
  • Experience in budgeting, reporting, marketing, and/or operations support.
  • Great attention to detail with consistent accuracy.
  • Experience delivering against multiple projects simultaneously in a changing environment.
  • Ability to work both with a team and independently, identify and solve problems proactively, and clearly identify key issues of importance to manager.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and Salesforce skills.
  • Have a good understanding of financial processes in accounting, tax, and treasury to identify and advise of relevant matters.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Capacity to nurture relationships, foster communication and ability to build trust at all levels within the Company.
  • Undergraduate degree -preferably in Finance- minimum requirement, or equivalent experience.

  • Previous experience in similar role measuring ROI in channel/partner programs.
  • Solid problem solving, time management, and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Great communication, written and verbal, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong business judgment; be hands on, accurate, and results oriented.
  • Solid understanding of workflow automation tools/process and experience running reports in Sales Force.
