Job Description

We are looking forward to an Analyst - Oracle EPM in Eaton s Information Technology Centre, based in Pune, India. Your essential responsibilities include:

  • A senior project member of the team that is accountable for designing, defining, configuring/developing, testing, analyzing, and maintaining Oracle cloud EPM application (ARCS, FCCS & PBCS).
  • Responsible for working with business to gather and document requirements and configuring solutions by coordinating with Oracle on EPM Application space.
  • Take responsibilities on requirement gathering, configuration, maintaining IT processes, documentations and develop & deliver the same.
  • Review monthly EPM patches, Lead regression testing, support EPM Automate application issues and do impact analysis as a regular production support activities.
  • Escalate Product Issues with Oracle and resolve the same by working on the same based on priorities.
  • Enhance EPM application by developing new reports in SmartView, FRs etc and build new functionality as per the business need.
  • Leverage your consulting experience to recommend industry best practices and lead the project implementation toward the best design and solution that meets their business goals
  • Develops and delivers presentations as a technical expert. Develops communications for Corporate-wide technical directions.
  • Determine methods and procedures for solving complex Technical issues encompassing hardware, Applications and underlying infrastructure component.
  • Ability to clearly articulate benefits of implementing change or process improvement, communicate and work with business to implement and measure benefits derived.
  • Takes ownership and drives engagement across IT teams, Vendors and Customers. Identifies and mitigate risks.
  • Drive due diligence and ensure completeness of documentation.
  • Provide oversight and direction to the junior employees in the team in accordance with the organizations IT policies and procedures.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop new staff in EPM Space, including overseeing new employee onboarding and providing guidance and required trainings.
  • Maintain transparent communication. Appropriately communicate organization information through team meetings, one-on-one meetings, and appropriate email, IM (Instant Messaging), and regular interpersonal communication.
QualificationsBachelor s Degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field At least 3 to 9 years of industry experience with experience in providing product configurations services to Global customersMust have excellent experience in Oracle EPM applications as a technical/functional. Good to have prior HFM experienceMust have domain knowledge of financial management systems with minimum 2 years of Oracle EPM ( EPBCS, ARCS, FCCS and Narrative reporting ) functional and technical experience.Well-versed in Cloud Applications, EPM Suite], EPM Automate, SmartView s and FR/MR reporting.Good knowledge of ITIL concepts (Incident / Problem / Change / Availability Management)Should be well versed with ITSM/Support processShould be able to stretch or work in support shiftYes!   • Knowledge of Oracle EPM Functionalities and data management intergration to source system
  • Desirable - basic knowledge of Hyperion Financial Management
  • Basic Project Management Skills.
